1. Order Cancellation
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Orders are immediately processed and enter the fulfillment queue, so modifications are not possible.
2. Return Policy
We currently do not accept returns due to:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or color choice
- Customer preferences
- Shipping delays caused by courier/customs
All items are
made-to-order or shipped directly from fulfillment centers, so returning them
is not possible.
3. Exchange / Replacement Eligibility
You are eligible for a free replacement if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- The item received is not what you ordered
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or video of the issue.
- Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging.
Once approved, we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Items Not Eligible for Replacement
We cannot offer replacement for:
- Damage caused by misuse
- Claims made after 7 days
- Items without proof (photos/videos)
- Final sale items (if applicable)
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If a parcel is returned due to:
- Wrong/Incomplete address
- Receiver unavailable
- Delivery refusal
Re-shipping fees will apply.
Refund is not possible in such
cases.
6. Delivery Time & Shipping Delays
Delivery timelines may vary due to warehouse location, customs clearance, or courier delays.
Such delays are outside our control and do not qualify for cancellation or
refund.
